This class focuses on the fundamental yoga poses that make up a well-rounded yoga practice as well as offers creative sequences.
This class is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice.
Morning Flow is comparable to Vinyasa Yoga honoring individuals’ energetic levels earlier in the morning.
This combines breathing, flowing postures and meditation in this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga.
This is the perfect combination of Yang and Yin. The first half of class will begin with a warming Vinyasa sequence (Yang) of sun salutes and standing poses.
Yoga classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures.
Yin Yoga is a quiet meditative approach to releasing physical tension and mental stress. Yin poses are seated poses that are held from 3-5 minutes to increase flexibility.
Slow Flow & Yin is the perfect combination of Yang and Yin. For the first half of class will begin with a warming slower paced Vinyasa sequence (Yang) of sun salutes and standing poses.
